Erfolgreiche Laserfertigungsprozesse hängen zu einem großen Teil von der erfolgreichen Integration des Lasersystems ab.  Konstrukteure müssen Systeme entwickeln, bei denen Bewegung, Laser, Software und Werkzeuge richtig funktionieren und so miteinander abgestimmt sind, dass das System den gewünschten Prozessablauf unterstützt. Das Zusammensetzen aller Teile kann eine Herausforderung sein, die sich aus der Tatsache zusammensetzt, dass viele Integratoren Laser nicht verstehen und sich möglicherweise darauf verlassen müssen, dass der Laserhersteller das System integriert. Wenn ein Problem auftritt oder Änderungen für ein neues Produkt vorgenommen werden müssen, ist der Integrator dann nicht in der Lage, das Lasersystem zu modifizieren oder zu reparieren.

Amada Miyachi Europe stellt die Laserschweißgeräte nicht nur her, sondern entwickelt und integriert sie auch in Lasersysteme und bietet den Ingenieuren damit einen One-Stop-Shop für die Systemintegration an. Dies beinhaltet auch eine interne Stichprobenuntersuchung des Prozesses, um sicherzustellen, dass der gesamte Auftrag wie angegeben ausgeführt wird, sowie das detaillierte Beantworten von Anwendungsfragen.

Jupiter Advanced Laser Welding System for medical device welding

Our Jupiter advanced laser welding system for medical device welding is based on our largest modular platform and suitable for welding parts up to 1400mm long. This reliable production system is cleanroom compatible and suitable for several medical applications, such as welding stent placing devices, welding sensors, welding CCTV camera housing and more. Data logging and traceability according to FDA standards is included and multiple automation modules can be integrated upon request.

Jupiter Glovebox Laser Welding System for Medical Implantable Devices (MID’s)

Pacemakers, defillibrators, heart rhythm monitors and cochlear implants require a perfect hermetic seal. Our Jupiter Glovebox Laser Welding Systems for Medical Implantable Devices (MID’s) are designed together with our customers. Providing a controlled and regulated gas atmosphere ensures the perfect environment for the weld process and the internal atmosphere of the welded part. Position Based Firing (PBF), better known as Synchronizing Position Synchronized Output (PSO) enables weld pulses to be spaced at regular spacing, independent of the four- or five axis motion programmed. This ensures regular heat input in sensitive areas, like sharp corners of the titanium shells. Amada Miyachi Europe’s Glovebox Laser Welding systems offer a safe environment for the parts as well as the operator.

Jupiter Laser Welding System for battery tab welding

Our Jupiter Laser Welding System for battery pack welding is a semi-automatic production system for welding high-quality battery modules for applications like power tools, aerospace, military and automotive battery modules. It can be equipped with several lasers up to 1 kW, a laser weld head with fixed optics or a galvo (scanner).  Providing a motorized XY table and a motorized Z-axis, focusing on the parts and positioning of the parts is easy. Allows for battery modules about 300x300x300mm with typical weights up to 20 kg and is suitable for thin- to medium thickness battery tabs in nickel, Hilumin, aluminum, copper and brass (300 to 500 micron thickness upper limit dependent on material and design).
