Motorized weld heads designed for integration into automated resistance spot-welding production lines
MIYACHI UNITEK’s 73 Series Weld Head is designed for use in either automation or bench-top welding. It offers fast and repeatable electrode motion control for a wide range of resistance welding applications. The weld head features an easy-to-program servo-motor controller that allows the electrode position and speed to be precisely programmed and for up to 32 different weld schedules. The head can also be configured in either an inline or parallel-gap configuration or specifically configured for automation applications.
MFP25 is the newest member of MIYACHI PECO’s modular weld head series. It is designed to provide customers with the widest possible range of options and variations while emphasizing quality, efficiency and serviceability.
The low force, servo-motor driven MFP25 weld head with linear drive is specifically designed for use in the MIYACHI PECO AWS3 Active Welding System.
The new servo-motor driven MFP60 motorized high-speed, low-force weld head is specifically designed for precision, automated, high-speed applications found in the lighting, automotive, tooling, and electronics industries.
Its compact design makes it easy to integrate into existing production lines, but it was specifically designed for use with the MIYACHI PECO AWS3 Active Welding System.
