The Universal Series of welding heads offers the user a tool-free adjustment of the weld head height and base plate assembly. A very low-moving mass and low-friction bearing system set these apart from conventional designs.

Our Constant Force Weld Heads use precision 20 mm linear perpendicular electrode travel for sensitive and fine applications such as hybrid circuits, cross wire welding, fine wire terminations and parallel gap welding on force sensitive substrates.
The HFW-700P is a fully adjustable high-force pneumatic welding head that incorporates a low-mass adjustable welding module with a robust pneumatic actuation system and housing.
Welding force is readily adjusted between 100 N and 700 N via an ergonomic lockable adjustor, facilitating precise and repeatable resistance welding.
The HFW-700PM welding module is also offered as an independent component for automation applications.
The LH-90-A and LH-180-A precision servo weld heads combine the latest ultra-low friction, high-speed actuation technology with cutting-edge control electronics to deliver fully integrated process programmable spot welding with real-time displacement monitoring and process control. The LH Series weld heads fully integrate with the MacGregor SMART Series of power supplies to deliver a precision, fully featured welding process definition and data collection system suitable for both high-end manual or automatic spot welding assembly.
