Laser Marking

Laser marking is a clean, fast, non-contact process which relies on the intense heat of a focused laser beam to permanently modify the surface of the material being marked.

The mark is created using intuitive Windows®-based software, through which control hardware steers the focused beam using two mirrors mounted on high-speed precision motors. The software enables text, graphics, logos, barcodes and data matrix codes to be marked. Automation features enable part serialisation, date coding, variable text inputs, remote programming, I/O control and much more.
